BELLINGHAM, WA — Following overwhelming customer approval, Grant’s Burgers has expanded its use of beef tallow for frying to its Bellingham location. This decision follows the successful introduction of beef tallow frying at its Ferndale restaurant earlier this past week.

The restaurant emphasizes the nutritional benefits of beef tallow, highlighting its rich content of omega-3 fatty acids and essential vitamins A, D, E, and K. These nutrients support bone health, immune function, and skin health.

“This change offers our customers a healthier alternative, especially for families with children,” the company said in a statement.

In a recent social media post, Grant’s Burgers stated: “Due to such a positive response for switching to beef tallow at our Ferndale location, we are now doing the same thing at our Bellingham location! Just a reminder, beef tallow contains more healthy fats and vitamins. However, by no means does this make french fries a superfood! We hope it just adds a little more benefit to your meal than before.”

With both the Ferndale and Bellingham locations now frying with beef tallow, customers can expect the same enhanced flavor and quality at either restaurant. The company has also hinted that its Lynden and Deming locations may adopt the change in the near future.
