BELLINGHAM, WASHINGTON – The Washington State Patrol has issued a Missing Indigenous Persons Alert (MIPA) for Ariel Feliciano, a 15-year-old girl who was last seen in Bellingham, Washington, on Friday, January 13, 2025, at approximately 9:20 PM. The alert was activated at the request of the Bellingham Police Department as part of ongoing efforts to locate the missing teen.

Ariel Feliciano was last seen entering a dark blue early 2000s Honda Civic or Accord in Bellingham. At the time, she was wearing a gray sweatshirt, gray Adidas pants, gray and red Air Jordan shoes, and carrying a black and gray camouflage backpack.
