BELLINGHAM, WA – Just Poké, the award-winning Pacific Northwest restaurant known for its fresh, healthy, and sustainable poké, is expanding to Bellingham with the launch of Catch by Just Poké inside Walmart at 4420 Meridian St. This marks the first of nine planned Catch by Just Poké locations opening across Washington in 2025, bringing high-quality poké and sushi to more communities.
With Bellingham’s growing demand for fresh and nutritious dining options, Catch by Just Poké is set to offer an accessible way for locals to enjoy signature poké bowls, sushi rolls, açaí bowls, and smoothies. Customers can expect fan favorites like the Spicy Ahi Nachos, Hawaiian Ahi Poké Bowls, Salmon Avocado Poké Bowls, Spicy Tuna Rolls, and California Rolls—all crafted with fresh, sustainably sourced ingredients.
