BELLINGHAM, WA — Bellingham Christian School, located at 400 Meadowbrook Ct, has submitted a pre-application to install nine portable buildings for use as classrooms and offices. The proposal, filed under a standard conference application, was officially submitted on January 22, 2025.

City planner Kathy Bell is overseeing the review process, with the application currently marked as “applied” status. The additional portables aim to address the school’s growing enrollment and administrative space needs.

Further updates on the approval process and project timeline are expected in the coming weeks.

This information is brand new and was recently submitted to the City of Bellingham, details regarding the scope of the project have not been officially submitted to the city. Bellingham Metro News plans to do a follow-up article once more information becomes available, so be sure to follow BMN on Facebook.
