The Northwest Washington Fair has announced that Stone Temple Pilots will take the stage during the 2026 Bank of the Pacific Grandstand Entertainment Series.

The legendary rock band is scheduled to perform Saturday, August 15, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the fairgrounds in Lynden. The concert is presented by The Inn at Lynden and Rübus Events + Gatherings.

Stone Temple Pilots rose to national prominence in the early 1990s and became one of the defining rock acts of that era. With hits such as “Plush,” “Interstate Love Song,” “Creep,” and “Vasoline,” the band carved out a distinct sound that blended alternative rock with hard-edged guitar riffs and melodic hooks. Over the course of their career, they have sold more than 70 million albums worldwide and earned a Grammy Award for Best Hard Rock Performance for “Plush.”

The band’s current lineup includes founding members Dean DeLeo, Robert DeLeo and Eric Kretz, along with lead singer Jeff Gutt, who joined the group in 2017. Their most recent studio album, Perdida, was released in 2020.

Tickets for the August 15 performance go on sale Friday, February 20, at 9:00 a.m. Organizers are also offering an online-only presale beginning Wednesday, February 18, for those who subscribe to the fair’s email newsletter.

Grandstand reserved seats are priced at $50, preferred seats at $65, and preferred chairs at $75. Fair gate admission is required and sold separately unless purchasing a VIP package. VIP tickets are listed at $205 and include premium seating, a parking pass, gate admission, dinner provided by Silver Reef Casino Resort, and access to a hosted bar area.

Tickets may be purchased through the official fair website, at the Fair Office located at 1775 Front Street in Lynden, or by phone. Fair officials remind attendees to buy directly through official channels to ensure ticket validity.

The 2026 Northwest Washington Fair runs August 13 through August 22.

The announcement has already generated strong reaction online, with fans sharing memories of past performances and discussing the band’s lineup history. Others are looking ahead to ticket sales later this week as the fair continues to roll out its grandstand entertainment schedule for 2026.
