Xyrone March-Walker
BELLINGHAM, WA – Over two years have passed since the community of Bellingham was shaken by the heartbreaking loss of Xyrone March-Walker. Known by many as a friend, father, brother, son, and grandson, Xyrone was killed while attending a party in downtown Bellingham with his sister and friends.
On January 9, 2025, a step towards justice was taken. Brian Andy Pantoja has been convicted for the murder of Xyrone March-Walker, receiving a sentence of approximately 21 years in prison for second-degree murder. The sentence accounts for time served pre-sentencing, as per RCW 9.94A.505, with jail authorities calculating the exact time served specifically for this case, including any transport time under the same conditions.
While this conviction provides some closure, the void left by Xyrone’s absence remains a constant reminder of our loss. His impact on our community will never be forgotten.
